The Transformation Story
For two years I struggled with a persistent cough which would hit hard especially at night, and I would barely sleep. This affected my productivity levels and used to avoid food like wildfire.
Then last year I met Beatrice Kariuki expressed my worry and how I was feeling.
To my surprise it was being triggered by acid reflux. She guided me on what food to eat and what to avoid and barely 3 months later the cough disappeared and stopped completely.
She also coached me on how to lose weight in a sustainable way and within 18 months I lost 30kgs. From 90kg to 58 kg.
All thanks to her that I gained my confidence and healthy back and for allowing God to use her in my journey.
